  4. Both parties shall conduct all dealings in compliance with Islamic principles and the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  5. This Agreement may only be terminated or canceled by a decision issued by the Store's management or as otherwise required under applicable law.
